Style.com is a place to retreat to when you are simply tired from that long 9 to 5. And while this may had happened a long time ago - say, June 19th, 2008? (Yes, not entirely a century ago but in fashion terms, it is) we must say that Marc Jacobs had brilliantly outdone himself again. Bringing the vibe back to pastels, the Louis Vuitton Resort 09 Collection has the basics (white, black and nude) splashed with splotches of vibrant pastel colours (baby blue, pink, orange and bits of gold) here, there and everywhere. Coupled with loose-fitting silhouette and light fabric, we are feeling comfortable to be shipped off to the beaches already.
